How passes work
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro and Business are one-time, prepaid passes that cover 30 days or one year of access. There is no recurring or automatic billing, we don't store your payment details for future charges, and nothing is debited unless you actively start a new purchase.
What do Pro and Business add?
Pro unlocks the Cloud and AI tools — video compress, convert, trim and GIF export, Office-to-PDF and PDF-to-Office conversion, OCR, PDF to Excel, background removal and image upscaling — along with higher file size limits and a priority processing queue. Business adds the highest file size limits and priority support, with team seats coming soon. All 61 browser-based tools stay free either way.
What are heavy-tool credits?
Each pass includes a set number of credits that the Cloud and AI tools use when they run, and heavier tools use more. If a job fails on our side, its credits are returned automatically. The credits included with each plan are shown on its card above.
What happens when my pass ends?
Your account simply returns to the Free plan. Every browser-based tool keeps working as before, and you can buy another pass whenever you need the Cloud and AI tools again.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which settles in Indian rupees, so your statement may show the INR equivalent. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details, and a GST-formatted invoice is generated for every successful payment.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in defined cases: a fault on our end, or an accidental purchase where no credits have been used, both within 14 days of buying. Approved refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
