Add Text to PDF — frequently asked questions
- Can I add text to multiple pages in one pass?
- Yes — switch between page tabs while placing text; each block remembers which page it was placed on, and all of them are applied together when you click Apply.
- Can I edit the text after placing it on the page?
- Not in place — remove the placed block and add a new one with the corrected text. This keeps the placement model simple and predictable rather than a full in-place text editor.
- Will the added text be selectable/searchable in the final PDF?
- Yes — it's drawn as real vector text (the same way a PDF editor would add it), not a flattened image, so it remains selectable and searchable in any PDF reader.
