Circle Crop Image — frequently asked questions

How do I get a transparent background around the circle?
Save as PNG or WebP — the corners outside the circle stay see-through. JPG can't be transparent, so you choose a fill colour instead.
Can I choose which part of the picture is in the circle?
Yes — zoom in and use the slide controls to move the picture until the face or subject is centred.
Does it work on a batch?
Yes — the same shape and framing are applied to every image.
Is the picture cropped to a square first?
Yes — the largest centred square is taken, then shaped, so the result is always a square or circle.
